Tasting note : With a pale white yellow robe this wine has a nose with intense bouquet of flowers and white fruits with a lot of freshness. The attack is full of aromas and is followed with an ample mouth round and fat. The finish is very long with an elegant freshness and a fine substance.

Food pairing : This wine will be perfect as an aperitif. It will be drunk with grilled fish or fish cooked in a sauce, goat cheese or a plateful of sea-foods.
